We have a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return or ask questions, email us at info@theinfinitespiral.com.
We understand that working with natural stones has its challenges. If you receive a piece that doesn’t feel right — whether because of the look, the energy, or simply personal preference — you’re welcome to return it. In these cases, we ask that you cover the cost of return shipping. Once the item is safely returned in its original condition, we’ll refund the item price. Please note that any shipping costs we paid to send the order, including orders sent with “free shipping,” are not refundable.
If your order arrives broken, misrepresented, or if there’s an error on our end, we’ll make it right. We can provide a prepaid return label or refund your return shipping costs depending on the situation.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if it was approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@theinfinitespiral.com.
