Datolite, named from the Greek term "dateishai" which means "to divide", is a borosilicate mineral. This Datolite crystal from Primorsky Krai exhibits a green coloring with shining Apophyllite crystals embedded within its surface. This specimen measures 65mm by 36mm by 22mm and weighs 60.8 grams.
