Arkansas Quartz Specimen (.75-1.25") ~
Arkansas Quartz is geologically notable for its formation in hydrothermal veins within the Ouachita Mountains, a process that occurred approximately 245-280 million years ago, resulting in some of the purest and largest quartz crystals globally. These clear terminated Quartz crystals from Arkansas can range from water-clear and pristine to having inclusions or milky zones. Abrasions can be expected in these natural specimens. Each stone measures between .75 inches and 1.25 inches.
