Bixbite, often referred to on the market as "Red Emerald" is a variety of Beryl that is extremely rare and gets its ruby red coloring from containing Manganese ions. This natural gemstone, from the Wah Wah Mountain in Utah, is in its raw form with shining facets and a juicy magenta coloring. This specimen measures 8mm by 6mm by 4mm and weighs 1.9 carats.
