A beautiful example of the Fibonacci spiral exhibiting itself in nature, the Ammonite is a shelled nautilus that was part of a now extinct group of invertebrate marine animals. These unique Black Ammonite fossil specimens have been sliced directly in half and have a highly polished front and a raw back. These run in a wide range of intricate designs, some including Druzy pockets or inclusions. Each slice is natural and will have its own individual traits.
