Gem Grandidierite Specimen ~
Grandidierite, named after French explorer Alfred Grandidier, was originally discovered in Madagascar in 1902. This vivid batch of rare blue Grandidierite has a translucence that lets you see the gemmy green hues when backlit. These have gorgeous color in any lighting but really share their magic through that translucence! Some of these specimens have natural inclusions, small hints of gold, or even terminated faces.
