Blue Smoke Quartz ~ Blue Needle Lemurian Specimen ~
This Colombian Quartz crystal exhibits faint wisps of Amphibole mineral inclusions that appear as a blue-tinged, smoky chatoyancy within. These inclusions can resemble wings or shoot through like needles, giving them their respective pseudonyms. This shimmering effect becomes vibrant at just the right angle. This Lemurian Seed stone displays classic etchings on its lustrous surface and has a naturally terminated point with clusters of small crystal terminations near its base. This specimen measures approximately 103mm by 38mm and weighs 91 grams.
