I have bought from Lauren a lot. She has high-quality crystals and fast shipping. I feel the energy of them right out of the box most of the time you have to charge the crystals from other vendors to feel the energy but not from here. This is the 2nd time to buy the blue spinel, I got the larger this time. The small ones energy was strong. Looking forward to working with the larger ones. I use them in crystal healing for pain I have been told after putting the small one on an elbow that they thought I put something very heavy on them. Or they would feel needles in the skin, but that sensation doesn’t stay long. Blue spinel is definitely one of my go to in my healing crystal toolbox.
