This crystal is from a well-known find from the Jenipapo Mining District in Itinga, Minas Gerais, Brazil. This location is famous for its past production of these Quartz crystals filled with needle-like Blue Tourmaline inclusions. These days, when the mining has halted, old collections have become the best source for these rare crystal delicacies. This Quartz crystal exhibits a naturally terminated point and showcases striking dark blue inclusions within its translucence. This specimen measures approximately 48mm by 16mm and weighs 18 grams.
