This crystal is from a well-known find from the Jenipapo Mining District in Itinga, Minas Gerais, Brazil. This location is famous for its past production of these quartz crystals filled with needle-like blue tourmaline inclusions. These days, when the mining has halted, old collections have become the best source for these rare crystal delicacies. This translucent Quartz crystal exhibits striking blue Tourmaline inclusions and contains a large bridge crystal. Bridge/manifestation crystals are crystals with stark terminations that grow inside of another crystal.
