This unique terminated Tourmaline crystal perched on terminated Quartz comes from the renowned Aricanga Mine in São José da Safira, Minas Gerais, Brazil. It displays teal green-blue coloration, exhibiting vibrant green coloring when backlit and a more teal coloring in natural lighting. It reveals notable translucency when illuminated from behind. This Tourmaline crystal is well-developed and has natural striations on all sides and a fully formed termination. It is perched on a Quartz crystal with a terminated point and light abrasions that has flower-like plumed etched formations on the surface. The Tourmaline crystal measures 18 millimeters in length. The entire specimen measures approximately 25 x 22 x 17 millimeters and weighs 7.94 grams.
