Product Description
These rare Namibian Hyalite Opal specimens have THE BEST ultraviolet glow!! Every single specimen glows under a blacklight. Some specimens will have some area of grape-like botryoidal growth, and all will range in translucence with clear to milky or gold coloring.
This listing is for ONE (1) intuitively chosen crystal. Each piece has been handpicked and examined for quality. The photography used is a representation of our collection, the unique specimen you receive will be similar to the stones pictured and will have its own individual traits. Specimens categorized by weight don’t have specific size measurements provided, as each piece has a different shape and mass.
Hyalite is a special, colorless variety of Opal that grows in volcanic formations! Although these stones do not show typical opalescence, they have their own unique trait - fluorescence! Hyalite contains trace amounts of uranium within its silica structure, causing it to have a bright fluorescent glow.

I am very unimpressed with this product. I was expecting for them to be little pebbles of stones. The size was what I was looking for, but they honestly look like bits of printed resin or acrylic. It’s completely flat on one side and there is absolutely no veins or definition to the supposed rock it doesn’t even feel like rocket feels like manufactured fake acrylic plasticit’s not what I was expecting at all and I’m not satisfied with this product.
Has a cool glow under 365nm light; nice addition to other UV reactive minerals next to it!
Item as described and reacts with UV light as shown
