Product Description
This natural Dioptase comes from the renowned Altyn-Tyube deposit in the Karaganda Region of Kazakhstan, the historic type locality where the mineral was first described. Famous for producing some of the world's finest Dioptase, this locality is known for its vivid emerald-green crystals and exceptional luster. Altyn-Tyube specimens have been prized by collectors for over two centuries and remain highly sought after for their classic crystal habit and historical significance. An excellent addition to any mineral collection. Each specimen is in a raw freeform shape and measures approximately 0.5 inches and up.
