This unique pink Tourmaline in Quartz specimen comes from the renowned Aricanga Mine in São José da Safira, Minas Gerais, Brazil. The Tourmaline exhibits coloration that runs from bubblegum to raspberry pink and remains vibrant under a variety of lighting conditions. Embedded within the Quartz matrix, the crystal shows attractive color zoning that we often see in "Watermelon" Tourmaline specimens with deeper pink tones concentrated toward the center that transition to colorless, faint pink hues near the surface. This specimen measures approximately 45 x 25 x 21 millimeters and weighs 29.64 grams.
