Septarian is a blend of yellow Calcite, brown Aragonite, and Limestone. Sometimes called Dragon Eggs, these minerals were formed due to undersea volcanic eruptions that happed during the Cretaceous Period. The eruptions caused tiny marine to die off and be compressed into clay, the clay then formed into nodules that hardened and cracked over time, creating the stone we know and treasure today.
