Product Description
Product Description
These high-quality Smithsonite specimens from the Republic of Congo display stunning blue coloration and eye-catching natural crystallization. Each piece is completely unique, featuring a mix of botryoidal (“bubbly”) growth, concentric banding, or delicate radial formations. Many specimens retain their natural matrix, adding contrast and character, with colors ranging from soft seafoam to rich, vivid teal.
With a Mohs hardness of 4–4.5, Smithsonite is a relatively soft mineral. While this allows for an exceptional natural luster and polish, thinner areas should be handled with care to preserve their beauty.
This listing is for ONE (1) intuitively chosen crystal. Each piece has been handpicked and examined for quality. The photography used is a representation of our collection, the unique specimen you receive will be similar to the stones pictured and will have its own individual traits.
